“Today, the FCC has addressed the narrow questions identified by the D.C. Circuit as part of its decision last year to uphold the Commission’s 2017 framework to ensure an open internet for consumers. The Court’s decision affirmed internet service providers’ Title I classification and remains a victory for broadband consumers and U.S. broadband infrastructure investment.”
